Requirements to become a Kolache Cafe Team Member:

- Must be a team player
- Must pay attention to details and have a sense of urgency
- Dependable and always on time
- Willing to work VERY early shifts
- Some baking or cooking experience preferred but not mandatory - will train highly excited and motivated individuals
- Able to work in a very fast paced environment
